Now let's break each of these down to provide you with a better understanding on each way that you can make money.

Retail Commissions

You earn a 20% monthly residual income (meaning you are paid every month that someone stays a customer) for every customer account you refer.  The retail customer accounts VMdirect offers are: $9.95 per month, $19.95 per month, and $39.95 per month.  As far as what someone receives for those month fees, you can learn about that on the VMdirect/HelloWorld products page.

You are paid every single month for every customer you have enrolled, building your monthly residual income!

Front-End Commissions

These are you weekly commissions.  Whenever you enroll a new Affiliate into the business, you will earn between $80 and $900.  The amount of that commission will depend on three factors:

1. What level package you chose when you became a VMdirect Affiliate

2. The level that the person you enrolled joined at

3. Where you are on the front-end commission rate.

I'll start with number three.  There are five levels to the front-end of the VMdirect Compensation Plan.  When you become an Affiliate, you are automatically on level (also known as "stages") one.  To move to level or stage two, you simply enroll three Affiliates.  To move from level two to three, you simply enroll another three affiliates (# 4, 5, and 6) and then help each of those three enroll their first three Affiliates.  You are now on level three.

The higher up you go in the levels (again, also referred to as 'stages' in the VMdirect Compensation Plan Overview), the more money you will earn as you bring on new Affiliates to your team.  On the front-end, you can never go backwards and you want to move up through the stages quickly to maximize your compensation and at the same time, help others do the same.  This is a team effort.

Matrix Commissions

Now I'm not going to go too crazy in this section.  Basically as you enroll Affiliates into your business and as they enroll Affiliates into their business, those people are all falling into what is called your matrix.  Another term that I can use here that may help you understand is 'organization chart'.

Think about a major company and how they are structured.  On the top you have the CEO.  Below him you have the different Directors.  Below them you have the high level management, then second level management, third level management, employees, all the way down to the person who comes in once a week to water than plants in the office.

A Network Marketing business is structured the same way - except there is one MAJOR difference.  With a large corporation, the odds are that person who waters the plants once a week will become the CEO of the company, right?  Well, in Network Marketing, that is the exact opportunity we all have here.  We all start from the same place and can move up ranks.  The higher we go, the more we earn.

Do NOT confuse MLM or Network Marketing with illegal pyramids.  Pyramids usually do not have a product, but if they do, usually it is not worth a penny.  Many Pyramids try to hide what they are by calling themselves a Network Marketing company, hence why some people still think that they are the same thing.

Pyramids are illegal.  They get shut down immediately and people get arrested and go to jail.  You cannot start at the bottom of a pyramid and earn your way to the top.  They are totally different than Network Marketing and have no relation.  The two got put together and often confused again, because many called themselves an MLM or a Network Marketing company.

So in VMdirect and like every other Network Marketing opportunity, you can be at the total bottom and within a period of time (which will depend on your work ethic) you could be the highest earner in the company - earning more than everyone.  It is possible and it happens in every nearly every MLM company out there.  That is why this company and opportunity is so exciting.

Anyway, wow, I got off track here... As you fill your matrix with people and those people do the same, and those people do the same, and on and on, you will be earning a percentage from everyone's business.  Some levels it may be only 2% where as other levels it may be 10%.

As you move up through the plan and achieve titles (I will explain those in a moment) you will increase the amount that you earn each month from your organization.  And yes, you do have the ability to earn down unlimited levels in this plan.

Company Bonuses

VMdirect offers many different bonus pools that can add hundreds, thousands, even tens of thousands to your monthly earnings.  The bonus pools are incredible and are not hard to make every month if you are working your business.
